		<description>@Alex Fayle &#124; Someday Syndrome: Well, if you go slow then you&#039;ll be ok - but I like to challenge myself on speed, which has resulted in a few bashed knuckles!  If the weather&#039;s ok (I don&#039;t mind a little rain, but soaking is not so good) then the garden is my favourite place to practice.  I like to actually imagine the neighbours staring at my mad arm flurrying in bizarre wonderment! (Which is actually a sign that I need to make it harder, since my mind is wandering.)</description>
