@Carole: Excellent! Listen to Havi’s recordings too, I find that most anything of hers reminds me that there’s no guilt, if I take a break that’s fine, I can just get started again when I’m ready.

Tara centre has a class on Sunday at 7pm. It’s only 15 mins drive away so I’m totally going to be there
