@Duff - ooh, ok, thanks for the idea on how to make that work.

For tomorrow's practice I shall be including your beautifully crafted intention (hey, why reinvent the wheel?!) Let's see what happens :)

I highly recommend working with intentions with Shiva Nata, or any practice for that matter. There's something neat that happens when instead of trying to figure it out mentally too much, you set an intention like "hey unconscious, help me out with this problem I'm having with figuring out my ideal career path, thanks Duff" and then do something to engage the unconscious (Shiva Nata, sleep/dreams, meditation, etc.) but not focusing consciously on a solution.

You might try an intention around your practice itself, like "hey unconscious, have I mastered level 3 of Shiva Nata yet, or am I fooling myself? Please send me a sign, thanks, james" and forget about it and practice Shiva Nata. Be prepared for the answer to come in a dream, while eating breakfast, while at work, etc. and in an unusual way.

In my opinion, the intention setting is the strongest addition Havi has made to DoS. Shiva Nata has a wonderful bi-hemispheric integration effect that helps come up with unusual answers to problems better than the rational mind alone.

As always James, I want to thank you for sharing this.
You know that I'm in a similar situation as you are with Shiva Nata.
So, I shall keep reading your updates (when/if they come) and I will try my best to get myself all screwed up in the dance again as well :)
