Level 1 arms – Letting it sink in

My practice has been fairly sporadic to date.  Today I managed to work through all of the Level 1 arms stuff with the DVD.  I really must remember to breathe whilst I’m doing it or my arms ache like crazy!  I’m keeping going by only doing it when I think I have a bit of time to spare.  I’ve already seen some results, but I’m looking for consistent benefits before I commit.  Does that make me a bad person?
