    I’ve thrown the plan out of the window

    It’s been a while since I posted, but my practice has hit a bit of a rut.
    I’ve been doing level 1, 2, 3 & 4 (ish-maybe) with legs raised but not really getting that <erk> moment that is the so-called Epiphany Generator!

    I want to skip a level
    So Level 1 is getting easy for me and I want to up the challenge a bit.  Checked out the theory from Level 2 and had a quick play with the arms – it’s a fairly logical progression up from Level 1 so nothing too frightening there.
